This listing is a PRE-ORDER for a Custom colorway of the fairy wren gryphon doll. Doll will be made and ready-to-ship within 4 weeks from order. Finished designs must be approved by buyer before shipping.

Custom gryphon will be based on a Green Headed Tanager (ref pictures included)

Fairy Wren Gryphons are a small, poseable artdoll. The doll is 5 inches from the tip of the beak to the base of the tail, 4 inches tall, and 2 1/2 inches wide.

Fairy Wren Gryphons have a soft body sewn from faux fur and stuffed with polyfil. Inside the body is a 16 gauge wire armature. The wire allows for very gentle posing of the feet, head, and tail. The wings and head do not pose. The body parts are made of urethane resin and hand-painted with acrylics. They have been sealed with acrylic sealer to prevent wear and tear.

Please handle your Fairy Wren Gryphon with care. These dolls ae art pieces and meant to be treated as such and not as toys for small children. Rough handling or solvents can damage your doll.

Each Gryphon comes with a certificate signed by the artist.
